Petitioner and his counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 25.03.2013, whereby, the petitioner has expressed his grievance regarding electricity bill issued by SEPCO authorities , however, after filing instant petition in office, the petitioner and his counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress. Moreover, the petitioner has option to approach the Electric Inspector in respect of his grievance of excessive bill.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
