Petitioners and their counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 20.03.2013 seeking quashment of FIR No.67/2013 registered under Sections 489-F, PPC at police station, Pano Akil, however, record shows that after having filed instant petition except one date of hearing i.e. 26.03.2013 when notices were issued in the instant petition, petitioners and their counsel have never shown appearance, whereas, instant petition is pending since 2013 without any useful progress. It appears that the petitioners have lost interest to proceed with the matter, which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
