Petitioner called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 05.04.2013, whereby, the petitioner has alleged that respondents Nos.2 to 5 may be directed to remove illegal water lifting machines installed at RD-50 channel No.136 and 145 left side of the Nara Canal, however, after filing instant petition, the petitioner has not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the instant petition. Moreover, the petitioner can approach the relevant authorities i.e. Irrigation Department for redressal of his grievance regarding water supply, which shall be entertained by the respondents strictly in accordance with law.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
