          Learned Special Prosecutor NAB Sukkur has filed statement along with parawise comments and the copy of inquiry, which are taken on record, copies whereof have been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Special Prosecutor NAB Sukkur submits that subject inquiry has been closed and there is no more inquiry/investigation pending against the petitioner.

          In view of such statements, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is satisfied, whereas, instant petition may be disposed of in view of statement filed on behalf of NAB authority.

          Accordingly instant petition is disposed of as per statement filed on behalf of NAB authority along with listed application.
