          Pursuant to court notice, A.S.I Ghulam Sarwar of P.S Gambat and A.S.I Ghulam Haider of P.S Sobhodero shown appearance. Whereas comments a/w annexures have been filed on behalf of S.H.O P.S Sobhodero and SDPO Gambat, which are taken on record. Learned A.A.G submits that earlier F.I.R No. 162/2012 was registered at P.S Sobhodero in respect of the murder of petitioner’s son Mureed Ali Memon, which was disposed of in ‘A’ class, however, on the directions of the S.S.P Khairpur another F.I.R No. 13/2016 has been registered at P.S Sobhdero U/S 302, 120-B, 201 and 34 P.P.C against five accused persons, out of which one accused person has been arrested and challan has been submitted before Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate Sobhodero at Ranipur, who will sent-up the same to the proper court of Sessions having jurisdiction.

          Today the petitioner is called absent. It appears that purpose of filing instant petition has been achieved. Accordingly, instant petition stands disposed of. Concerned police is directed to ensure that the trial may be proceeded before the learned Sessions Judge strictly in accordance with law, whereas the nominated accused persons may be arrested and produced before the court of jurisdiction. The petitioner may associate with the trial.
