Petitioner and his counsel are called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 23.01.2013 in the office, whereby the petitioner has sought directions of this Court requiring the respondents to restore the katcha path, which was under use of the villagers from Suhrab Khan village to main road village Abad UC Shadi Shaheed District Khairpur, however, record shows that after filing instant petition, the petitioner and his counsel never appeared in Court, whereas, instant petition has been fixed after lapse of about three years.

Today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is in attendance. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the instant petition, which stands dismissed for non-prosecution along with the listed applications.
