Learned State Counsel submits that instant petition besides being misconceived and not maintainable seeking suspension of NBWs issued by the Special Judge, ATC-III, Karachi, has otherwise become infructuous as the aforesaid FIR was challaned and the matter has been disposed of.

Since the petitioner has not come forward to proceed with the matter in view of hereinabove fact, the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter, which otherwise has become infructuous.

Instant petition stands dismissed.
