Petitioners and their counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 12.02.2013 by the petitioners, who allegedly contracted freewill marriage, sought protection and quashment of FIR No.20/2013 registered under Sections 380, 494, 496 PPC at police station, Shahdadkot.

On 13.02.2013 a detailed order was passed, whereby, notices were issued to the respondents, whereas, the concerned police was directed to release Nasrullah and Muhammad Bachal subject to executing their PR bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each. It was further directed that no further step pursuant to aforesaid FIR shall be taken, whereafter, the matter has now been fixed in Court, whereas, during all these years the petitioners and their counsel have not come forward to pursue instant petition.

It appears that either the purpose of filing instant petition is served or the petitioners have lost interest to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
