Petitioner and his counsel are called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 27.01.2013, whereby the petitioner has levelled certain allegations of corruption against respondent No.5, Line Superintendent, Sadar Union WAPDA Daharki, District Ghotki. However, record shows that no material whatsoever has been placed on record to support such wild allegation, whereas, comments have been filed on behalf of respondents, wherein, the allegation of the petitioner has been seriously disputed.

Accordingly, we do not find any substance in the instant petition which is dismissed for non-prosecution.
