          The petitioner and his advocate called absent. No intimation received. Record shows that instant petition was filed on 13.12.2013, thereafter the petitioner has not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress. Moreover, grievance of the petitioner, appears to be misconceived which could be redressed by the relevant authorities, for that purpose the petitioner may approach them.

          Accordingly instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
