Petitioner and his counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed by the petitioners on 09.02.2013 by challenging the order passed by Justice of Peace/3^rd Additional Sessions Judge, Mirpur Mathelo, and also seeking quashment of FIR No.16/2013 registered at PS Daharki under Sections 302, 506/2, 34 PPC, however, after having filed instant petition, the petitioners and their counsel never shown appearance in the matter, which is fixed today after lapse of about four years when neither the petitioners nor their counsel is in attendance, who appear to have lost interest to proceed with the matter. Moreover, instant petition otherwise appears to have become infructuous and accordingly the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
