Petitioner and his counsel are called absent, no intimation received. Through instant petition the petitioner has expressed his grievance for inaction on the part of official respondents, who according to petitioner, have not decided the application of the petitioner for demarcation of survey No.16 (graveyard). However, record shows that after filing instant petition, the petitioner and his counsel have not remained vigilant to pursue the matter, however, instant petition has been fixed in Court after lapse of four years but neither the petitioner nor his counsel has shown appearance.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
