Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not coming forward to issue instructions, particularly in view of the comments filed on behalf of respondents, therefore, he is not in a position to assist this Court.

It appears that instant petition was filed in the year 2010 and thereafter the petitioners have not remained vigilant to pursue their remedy as they have not even given instructions to their counsel. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
