          The petitioner and his advocate called absent. No intimation received. Record shows that instant petition was filed on 07.12.2013, whereby the petitioner has sought directions of this court to the respondents to conduct survey of the land of the petitioner, however, after having filed instant petition, the petitioner has not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, whereas, such remedy can be sought by the petitioner by approaching the revenue authorities and the concerned Mukhtiarkar, who are under legal obligation to entertain such request strictly in accordance with law. Since the petitioner and his counsel have not come forward to proceed with instant matter, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress.

          Accordingly this court is left with no option to dismiss instant petition, which is dismissed for non-prosecution.
