Petitioner and her counsel called absent, no intimation received. On 25.05.2015 when the matter was fixed in Court nobody shown appearance on behalf of petitioner. Instant petition was filed on 14.05.2015 seeking protection in respect of freewill marriage, however, it appears that the petitioner has either lost interest to proceed with the matter or the dispute appears to have been settled. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution, along with listed applications.
