Petitioner and his counsel are called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 03.08.2013, whereby, the petitioner has sought directions of this Court to the respondents i.e. Pakistan Railways to allot quarter No.426/E&F situated at New Yard Colony at Rohri, to the petitioner on commercial rent basis. However, after filing instant petition, the petitioner and his counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, wherein even notices have not been issued to the respondents. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with the listed applications.
