Pursuant to notice, statement on behalf of respondents No.4, 5 and 6 have been filed along with annexures wherein it has been stated that the encroachment on road have already been removed. It is further stated that efforts are being made on regular basis to avoid any encroachment and also to remove remaining encroachment and blockage of road at town Khuhra, strictly in accordance with law. In view of such comments filed by the respondents, petitioner is satisfied and does not press instant petition, which is accordingly disposed of, however, with the directions to the respondents to remove all such encroachment from National Highway Road as referred in the instant petition and to ensure smooth passage of transport over such road.
