Mr. Ghulam Shabbir Dayo, advocate for the petitioner.

Mr. Mian Mumtaz Rabbani, learned D.A.G.

.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

From perusal of the comments filed in the instant matter, it appears that claim of the petitioner has been disputed whereas electric connection has been disconnected on account of the default. It further transpires that there is more dispute over the subject land between the parties, which according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, is pending before the Civil Court of jurisdiction. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties will settle their dispute before the competent court of jurisdiction, however, SEPCO authorities may be directed to consider the request of the petitioner for reconnection in accordance with law.

Accordingly instant petition stands disposed of, however, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the SEPCO Authorities for redressal of his grievance, if any, which shall be considered strictly in accordance with law, however, subject to his entitlement over the subject property.
