Petitioner and his counsel are called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 03.05.2012, whereby, the petitioner sought declaration of this Court regarding cancellation of some sale deed. On 03.05.2012 learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to satisfy this Court as to maintainability of instant petition, whereafter, the petitioner and his counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter or to submit any explanation with regard to hereinabove legal objection.

Today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel are in attendance, which shows that petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the instant petition, which otherwise, is devoid of any merits, is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed applications.
