For Katcha Peshi
2.
For hearing of CMA-1890/2013
06.05.2016
Mr.
Shaharyar Awan, Assistant
Advocate General.
..................
Petitioner
and his counsel are called absent, no intimation received. Through instant
petition, the petitioner has sought quashment of FIR No.181/2012 registered at
PS, B-Section, Sukkur under Sections 489-F, 420, 406, 506/2, 148, 149 PPC for
being false and frivolous, whereas, according to petitioner, pursuant to some
civil dispute between the parties, aforesaid FIR was got registered by the
complainant with mala fide intention.
Record shows that after having filed
instant petition on 18.02.2013, the petitioner and his counsel have not
remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2013
without any useful progress. It has also come on record that aforesaid FIR has
already been challaned before the competent Court of
jurisdiction. It appears that in view of hereinabove facts, the petitioner has
lost interest to proceed with the matter, which is dismissed for
non-prosecution along with listed application.
