Petitioner and his counsel are called absent, no intimation received. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the petitioner has not submitted any document in support of his claim, whereas, Board of Revenue has not been impleaded as party. Per learned Addl.A.G, comments have already been filed by the respondents wherein claim of the petitioner has been denied.

From perusal of contents of petition and documents attached, it appears that the petitioner has not placed on record any document, which may suggest that he had applied for the post of Police Constable in Anti-Encroachment Force Sindh and was declared a successful candidate either written test, interview or physical test. Instant petition is pending since 2013, whereas, petitioner has been seeking adjournments. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the instant petition, which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
