Through instant petition, it appears that the petitioner has sought directions for registration of FIR against accused persons. However, record shows that neither the petitioner has approached the concerned SHO for such purpose nor application under Section 22-A, Cr.P.C has been filed before learned Justice of Peace.

Instant petition appears to be misconceived, however, since the petitioner and his counsel are called absent without intimation, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution, along with listed application.
