Petitioners and their Counsel called absent. No intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 01.4.2013 seeking protection pursuant to freewill marriage of the petitioners, whereafter notices were issued to the respondents and concerned S.H.O and S.S.P were directed to provide protection to the petitioners and to ensure that petitioners may not be harassed. Instant matter is fixed in Court after the lapse of about two years, whereas, during this period, the petitioners have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter. It appears that grievance of the petitioners has been redressed, therefore, they are not coming forward to proceed with the matter, whereas, the counsel for petitioner has also not attended without any intimation. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed applications.
