Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Through instant petition, the petitioner alleged harassment by police, who according to petitioner created hindrance in their lawful transport business. On 02.4.2013, learned Counsel for the petitioner was directed to place on record registration book as well as route permit in respect of his transport i.e Oil Tankers to justify the maintainability of instant petition, however, thereafter neither petitioner has come forward to proceed with the matter nor has filed aforesaid documents. It appears that petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the instant petition, which is pending since 2013, without any useful progress. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
