Through instant application, applicants seek protective bail in crime No.207/2015 of PS, Naushahro Feroze, under Sections 386, 365, 353, 504, 337-H (2), 511, 149 PPC. Learned counsel submits that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the crime due to enmity and the applicants are willing to associate with the investigation and join trial Court provided they may be granted protective bail to approach the trial Court for appropriate relief.

Without touching merits of the case, protective bail is granted to the applicants for seven days, subject to their furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court. Protective bail shall cease to have any effect on expiry of above period or when the applicants appear before the trial court for seeking concession of bail, whichever is earlier.

Bail application stands disposed of, along with the listed applications.
