3. Through instant application, applicants seek protective bail in crime No.49/2014 of PS, Piryaloi under Sections 302, 324, 114, 145, 149 PPC & Section 6-7 ATA. Learned counsel submits that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the instant crime, whereas, the matter has otherwise been patched up between the parties. Learned counsel further submits that co-accused under similar circumstances were granted protective bail by this Court vide order dated 08.01.2015. He further submits that the applicants may also be granted protective bail and NBWs issued by the trial Court may be suspended, to enable them to approach the trial Court for obtaining bail before arrest, in accordance with law.

Without touching merits of the case, protective bail is granted to the applicants for five days, subject to their furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court. Meanwhile operation of NBWs shall remain suspended during above period. Protective bail shall expire on 09.09.2015 or when the applicants appear before the trial court for seeking concession of bail, whichever is earlier.

Bail application stands disposed of.
