Through instant application, applicants seek protective bail in crime No.24/2016 of PS, Kandiaro under Sections 386, 435, 427, 506/2 PPC. Learned counsel submits that the applicants, who are real brothers, are innocent and have been robed in a false case by the complainant in view of a civil dispute between the parties over agricultural land, whereas, no such incident has taken place. Per learned counsel, the applicants were not aware of registration of FIR and have recently come to know about the same when the police started raiding their houses, whereas, NBWs have been issued by the Anti-Terrorism Court, Naushahro Feroze. Per learned counsel, the applicants are willing to surrender before the trial Court provided protection may be granted to them for five days by suspending the operation of NBWs.

Without touching merits of the case, protective bail is granted to the applicants for five days, subject to their furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) each and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court. Meanwhile operation of NBWs shall remain suspended during above period. Protective bail shall cease to have any effect on expiry of above period or when the applicants appear before the trial court for seeking concession of bail, whichever is earlier.

Bail application stands disposed of, along with the listed applications.
