Pursuant to Court notice SIP Badaruddin Incharge SHO PS Rohri, SIP Hasnain Raza Addl. SHO PS B-Section, Sukkur and SIP Ghulam Hyder from SSP office Sukkur shown appearance and filed statements on behalf of respondents Nos.1, 4 and 5, which are taken on record and copy supplied to learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that alleged detainee Meharuddin father of the applicant has been released by the police, whereas, alleged detainee Mukhtiar Ahmed has been shown arrested in a criminal case. Learned counsel submits that the applicant will seek remedy in accordance with law in respect of FIR registered against his brother, whereas, it is further alleged that father of the applicant has been released by the police after obtaining illegal gratification. Police officers present in Court denied such allegation.

Since purpose of filing instant criminal miscellaneous application has been served, therefore, the same is disposed of, however, the applicant will be at liberty to agitate his grievance with regard to illegal gratification accepted by the police for release, before the concerned authorities or to approach competent Court, in accordance with law.
