            Statements have been filed on behalf of respondents Nos.2, 3, 4 & 5 which are taken on record.

 

                        Pursuant to Court notice respondents Nos.6 to 10 have shown appearance along with Mr. Shakeel Ahmed Kalwar Advocate who has filed vakalatnama on their behalf as well as certain documents along with statement. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the allegations levelled in the instant petition are false and frivolous. It has been further stated that the petitioner is engaged in some criminal activities, whereas, the respondents have raised voice against such activities, however, police has not taken any action against the petitioner. On the contrary, petitioner has filed instant false petition seeking protection. It has been stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused by the respondents to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner denies such allegation and submits that the respondents may be restrained from causing any harassment to the petitioner, whereas, in case of any alleged crime being committed by the petitioner, they may approach the concerned police or may file appropriate proceedings against the petitioner instead of creating harassment. Police officials present in Court state that there is no case registered against the petitioner and they have not caused any harassment to the petitioner, whereas, protection may be provided in accordance with law as and when sought by the petitioner.

 

            In view of above circumstance, instant petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents to ensure that petitioner may not be harassed, whereas, in case of any cognizable offence being committed by the petitioner, they may approach the concerned police or the forum provided under the law for taking action in accordance with law instead of creating harassment or taking law in their hands.

 

            Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
