Instant petitions are being disposed of with common order. Both the parties have sought protection and alleged harassment with each other, whereas, it has transpired that Mst.Azizan petitioner is mother of Arshad Ali, Ashraf Ali, Ali Raza, Mst.Sumeer and Mst.Samina, has alleged that her children are not allowing her to reside in the house of her late husband Ali Murad. Whereas, on the contrary, the children named above allege that since she is not a woman of good character and creates harassment and involves them in false cases, therefore, she has filed instant false petition. It has been further stated that she has left the house herself.

It is regretted to observe that there is dispute between real mother and her children, whereas, certain allegations are levelled against each other. Instant petitions are being disposed of with directions to both the parties not to cause harassment to each other and make all possible efforts to create good relations and not to deprive anyone of the estate left behind by late Ali Murad. However, if there is still dispute between the parties over the estate of late Ali Murad, appropriate proceedings may be filed before the competent Court of jurisdiction instead of creating harassment or involving each other in false cases.

Both the petitions stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
