Pursuant to Court notice statement has been filed on behalf of SHO, PS, Kumb along with copy of FIR No.167/2015 registered at PS Kumb and submits that since Muhammad Ali alias Karo, the son of the applicant is required in the aforesaid crime, therefore, instant criminal miscellaneous application has been filed to pressurize police. It has been further stated that the police has not illegally detained the sons of the applicant, as alleged by the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that two detainees have been released by the police after filing of instant criminal miscellaneous application, therefore, the applicant does not press instant criminal miscellaneous application, however, submits that concerned police may be directed to ensure that no harassment may be caused to the applicant.

In view of hereinabove facts and circumstances of the case, instant criminal miscellaneous application is disposed of, however, concerned police is directed not to cause harassment to the applicant and her family, whereas, the accused nominated in the aforesaid FIR may be arrested and produced in the Court of law in accordance with law.
