Pursuant to Court notice, SIP Ghulam Mujtaba Almani, respondent No.4 and SIP Ghulam Hyder on behalf of SSP, Sukkur, respondent No.2 have shown appearance. Statements have been filed on behalf of respondents Nos.2 and 4, which are taken on record and copy supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. SIP Ghulam Mujtaba submits that he has not involved Muhammad Ali in false case as he was arrested along with narcotic substance at the spot.

Since serious allegations have been raised in the instant petition, where the petitioner, who is real uncle of Muhammad Ali is willing to make a statement on oath that the police illegally arrested his nephew Muhammad Ali from Taluka Hospital, Rohri, we would dispose of this petition with directions to Inspector Ghulam Ali Jumani to investigate into the matter and submit report to the concerned authority as well as to this Court through Additional Registrar of this Court, within 15 days after receipt of this order. The concerned SHO, PS, Baiji Sharif shall supply all the relevant documents to Inspector Ghulam Ali Jumani within two days from the order of this Court.
