Learned counsel for the petitioner pleads no instructions, however, submits that official respondents may be directed to look into the matter and redress the grievance of the petitioners in accordance with law.

Instant petition is pending since 2011 without any useful progress, whereas, the petitioners are not coming forward to issue instructions or to proceed with the matter. We will dispose of instant petition along with listed application, with directions to the petitioners to approach the concerned Revenue authorities for the purpose of redressal of their grievance, whereas, the official respondents shall ensure that dispute, if any, between the parties will be resolved after providing opportunity of being heard.
