Petitioner and his counsel called absent, no intimation received. Learned counsel for respondent Bank has drawn the attention of this Court to the comments filed on behalf of respondents Nos.2 to 4, wherein, according to learned counsel for the respondent Bank, it has been categorically stated that the respondent Bank is not shifting NBP Ubauro branch to Daharki town, as alleged in the instant petition, whereas, the respondent is only converting the said branch from Conventional/Commercial & Retail Banking Group (C&RBG) into Islamic Banking Branches (IBBS)/NBP-Aitemaad.

In view of hereinabove statement, it appears that purpose of filing instant petition is achieved, therefore, the petition is disposed of.
