Petitioner present in person.

                                    ...............

Through instant petition, the petitioner has impugned order dated 22.08.2015 passed by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge (H)/Justice of Peace, Ghotki, in Cr.Misc.A. No.1612/2015 whereby the application under Section 22-A (6) (i) Cr.P.C, filed by the petitioner for registration of FIR against the proposed accused persons, has been dismissed.

Petitioner is present in person, while enquired as to what is the actual grievance for which he had filed the application for registration of FIR under Section 22-A, Cr.P.C before the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge/Justice of Peace, Ghotki, could not satisfactorily respond to the query of this Court or point out any alleged incident duly supported by some material, which may constitute some cognizable offence except alleging threat by the proposed accused persons. He was further enquired as to under which case/proceedings pending before the learned Sessions Judge, the proposed accused person has issued him threats but again he could not satisfactorily respond, it appears that allegations are generalized and vague.

Accordingly, finding no error in the impugned order passed by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge/Justice of Peace, Ghotki, we dismiss the instant petition in limine, however, petitioner is at liberty to file direct complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C, whereas, the concerned police is directed to provide protection to the petitioner and if he alleges some cognizable offence, they may act strictly in accordance with law.

Petition stands dismissed in limine, along with the listed applications.
