Through instant petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that the harassment is being caused to him at the instance of private respondent No.6 with whom there is some dispute over the landed property. Pursuant to Court notice, respondents No.3, 4 & 5 have filed statements, wherein the allegations of causing harassment to the petitioner have been specifically denied. It has been further stated that there is some civil dispute between the private parties, whereas, police has not caused any harassment.

In view of aforesaid statements, instant petition stands disposed of with direction to the private parties to seek redressal of their grievance, if any by approaching the competent court of civil jurisdiction for resolution of the civil dispute, if any in accordance with law.
