                        Learned Counsel for complainant is called absent, no intimation received.

 

                        Learned Counsel for applicants/accused submits that instant               pre-arrest bail application is pending since, 2012, whereas applicants have been charged for theft of electric wire. Per learned Counsel, there is no direct evidence of such theft available with the prosecution, whereas, applicants have been continuously attending the trial Court and have never misused the concession of interim pre-arrest bail granted by this Court vide order dated 08.8.2012. Learned Counsel further prays that the interim pre-arrest bail granted to applicants/accused may be confirmed on similar terms, whereas the applicants undertake to attend the trial Court regularly without fail.

 

                        Learned A.P.G in view of above position does not oppose the confirmation of bail to the applicants/accused.

 

 

 

                        Accordingly, the interim pre-arrest bail granted to applicants/accused  namely Muhammad Juman S/o Kabeer Samtio, who is confined in Central Prison, Khairpur Mir’s in connection with some other criminal case, Muhammad Siddique, Ghous Bux, Ghulab, Murtaza and Hakim Ali, is hereby confirmed on same terms and conditions. However, the applicants/accused are directed to attend the trial Court without fail, failing which, the learned trial Court shall be at liberty to proceed against them for cancellation of their bail, in accordance with law.

 

                        Bail application stands disposed of in above terms.
