                        Through instant petition, the petitioner who is a contesting candidate in the forthcoming Local Bodies Elections, 2015 from UC-61 New Jatoi, Taluka Moro, has sought the directions of this Court to the respondents to deploy heavy contingent of Rangers and Police at the polling stations of aforesaid Union Council on the day of polling to avoid any law and order situation and untoward incidence.

                        Notices were issued, pursuant to which comments have been filed on behalf of respondent No.7 i.e S.S.P, Naushahro Feroze, wherein it has been stated that adequate staff and forces will be deployed at each and every polling stations of District Naushharo Feroze in order to ensure security of voters on the day of polling.

                        Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that respondents may be directed to also deploy Rangers on day of polling on the above polling stations to avoid any untoward incidence as according to learned Counsel the police  usually supports the candidates of ruling party.

                        Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of with directions to official respondents as well as Regional Election Commissioner, SBA (Nawabshah) to ensure that proper security arrangements shall be made on each and every polling station at Shaheed Benazirabad (Nawabshah), including the polling station as referred to herein above, to avoid any law and order situation, and to provide congenial atmosphere to the voters and the candidates on the day of polling so that voters may cast their votes as per their freewill and own choice.

                        Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
