1.                     Urgency application is allowed.

2.                     Granted, subject to all just exception.

3.                     It is, inter-alia, contended by learned Counsel for applicants that applicants are innocent who have been falsely implicated by the police in fake encounter, whereas, an F.I.R No.24 of 2016 U/s 324, 353, 341, 431, 427, 147, 148, 149 P.P.C & 7-Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997, has been registered at Police Station, Jhangro, District Sukkur in order to save the skin of police, who has caused firearm injury to a young boy namely Aabid Ali Qureshi aged 15 years, who expired out of said firearm injury caused by the police. Per learned Counsel, the applicants are willing to surrender themselves before the learned trial Court, however, police has started raiding the houses of the applicants, hence requests that protective bail may be granted to the applicants for a period of 07 days enabling them to surrender before the Anti-Terrorism Court, Sukkur and obtain bail before arrest in accordance with law. It is further contended that the applicants are willing to associate with the investigation in the aforesaid Crime.

                        Without touching the merits of the case, applicants    namely                 Gul Dad, Manzoor Hussain, Shafqat Hussain, Ali Dino, Muhammad Ayoub and Saleem Khan, are granted protective bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Incharge Additional Registrar of this Court for a period of 07 days to enable them to surrender before the trial Court. This order shall cease to have its effect on expiry of the said period or on appearance of applicants before learned trial Court, whichever is earlier. In case, applicants fail to surrender before the trial Court within aforesaid period, their bail bonds shall stand forfeited.

                        Bail application stands disposed of in the above terms.
