It is, inter-alia, contended by learned counsel for petitioner that pursuant to some private dispute between the petitioner and respondents No.3 to 5, harassment is being caused to the petitioner, whereas, police is not providing him protection.

Notices were issued, pursuant to which statement has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2, wherein the allegations of causing harassment are denied. It has been further stated that petitioner and respondents No.3 to 5 are residing in jurisdiction of police station, Bello Mirpur Mathelo, whereas, no harassment has been caused to the petitioner in respect of the private dispute between the parties.

In view of statement filed on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2, learned Counsel for petitioner is satisfied. Accordingly, instant petition stands disposed of. However, the private parties are directed to ensure that no harassment will be caused to each other, whereas, in case of any dispute between them, they may approach the relevant forum/ court of civil jurisdiction and settle their private dispute if any, in accordance with law.
