Pursuant to Court notice, Attaullah respondent No.5 shown appearance, whereas, Vakalatnama has been filed by Mr.Shaikh Amanullah, learned Counsel on his behalf and has denied all the adverse allegations. Learned Counsel for respondent No.5 further submits that he has not cause any harassment whatsoever to the petitioner Mst. Tasneema @ Tasneem or Waqar Ahmed S/o Abdul Ghaffar, however further submits that an amount of Rs.7,00,000/- was obtained by Abdul Ghaffar who issued three cheques for its repayment, but the same have been dishonoured on presentation. He further submits that he will proceed against Abdul Ghaffar for recovery of his said amount by filing civil / criminal proceedings strictly in accordance with law and he does not intend to cause any harassment to the petitioner Mst. Tasneema alias Tasneem.

Statements have also been filed on behalf of official respondents No.3 & 4, which are also taken on record.

In view of above statements, learned Counsel for petitioner is satisfied and accordingly instant petition is disposed of.
