                        Counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in Crime No.03/2015 of Police Station, ACE Ghotki  under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 34 P.P.C R/w Section 5(2) Act-II of 1947, whereas, the name of applicant was not mentioned in the F.I.R but who has been implicated subsequently in challan by Antii-Corruption department. Per learned Counsel that since N.B.Ws have been issued against applicant who is willing to surrender before the trial Court and associate with the inquiry, however, unless protective bail is granted, serious humiliation will be caused to him. Learned Counsel further submits that under similar circumstances, co-accused person has already been granted protective bail by learned Single Judge of this Bench and such order is available at Page No.23-25.

 

                        Without touching merits of the case, applicant/accused is granted protective bail for a period of 07 days subject to furnishing solvent surety in the  sum of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand ) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Incharge Additional Registrar of this Court, enable him to surrender before the trial Court. This order shall cease to have its effect on expiry of the aforesaid period or on appearance of applicant before trial Court, whichever is earlier. In case, applicant fails to surrender before the trial Court within aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stand forfeited. In the meanwhile, operation of NBWs issued by the trial Court against applicant shall remain suspended for 07 days.

 

                        Bail Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
