                        Pursuant to Court notice Tufail Ahmed Bhutto, SHO, PS, A-Section, Khairpur shown appearance and files statement, wherein the allegations as contained in the instant petition have been denied. It has been stated that Manzoor Hussain, the husband of petitioner has been arrested in crime No.244/2015 under Sections 302, 148, 149 PPC registered at PS A-Section, Khairpur, whereas, her son namely Muhammad Qavi is required, who is absconding, however, he will be arrested and produced in competent Court of jurisdiction. It has been stated that the police has never illegally detained son of the petitioner namely Ranjhan, whereas, instant petition has been filed to pressurize the police not to properly investigate the aforesaid crime.

 

            Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that son of the petitioner namely Ranjhan has been released by the police, who is present in Court, whereas, her other son Qavi has been arrested by the police and they are not showing his arrest. He further states that Honda CD-70 motorcycle, vehicle No.SLK-0846, 2014 model and Q-mobile phone of petitioner’s son are still with police i.e. PC Nadim Siyal and requests that the aforesaid articles may be directed to be returned to the petitioner. Such allegations have also been denied by the SHO present in Court.

 

            Since an FIR has been registered against Manzoor Hussain and Qavi, the husband and son of the petitioner respectively, police is directed to investigate the FIR properly and produce the accused persons before the competent Court of jurisdiction in accordance with law. As regards the allegation of petitioner against PC Nadim Siyal, the SSP, Khairpur is directed to conduct inquiry and to ensure that if such articles are with the police, same shall be returned to the petitioner and appropriate action may be taken against the delinquent police officials who are found responsible. A copy of this order be sent to SSP, Khairpur for compliance.
