Through instant petition, petitioner alleges harassment by respondents No.4 & 5, who according to learned Counsel for petitioner are creating harassment and bring police to the house of petitioner for such purpose.

Notices were issued, pursuant to which, Mr. Abdul Baqi Jan Kakar, Advocate filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.5 so also counter-affidavit of respondent No.4, wherein the allegations as contained in the instant petition have been categorically denied. It has been further stated that respondent No.5 Jehanzaib has been cheated by the petitioner in respect of purchase of plots, whereas, petitioner has filed instant frivolous petition so that respondent may not pursue his legal remedy. Learned Counsel further submits that the respondents will avail the remedy in accordance with law, and has never caused any harassment.

In view of such statement, learned Counsel for petitioner is satisfied, does not press instant petition and submit that concerned police may provide protection to petitioner as and when required. Accordingly, instant petition stands disposed of.
