Atiq-ur-Rehman Respondent No.4 is present in person.

Pursuant to Court notice, Mr. Gulzar Ali Malano, learned Counsel shown appearance along with Respondent No.4 Atiq-ur-Rehman and undertakes to file Vakalatnama on his behalf, however denies the allegation of harassment to the petitioner. It has been further stated by learned Counsel that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner, whereas, the respondent No.4, 5 & 7 are claiming the right of their mother in the ancestral property, therefore, petitioner has filed instant frivolous petition.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that share of all the legal-heirs have duly been paid in the ancestral property and further submits that if private respondents have any claim, they may file appropriate proceedings instead of creating harassment.

Since police has also filed comments, wherein it has been stated that no harassment has been caused to the petitioner, whereas, there is some property dispute in between the parties.

In view of above facts and circumstances, instant petition is disposed of with direction to all the concerned parties to settle their dispute outside the Court or by filing appropriate proceedings before the proper Court of jurisdiction for their respective claims, if any, in accordance with law, whereas, no harassment whatsoever shall be caused in this regard to the petitioner.
