Through instant petition, the petitioner has alleged that polling stations of District Naushahro Feroze have been changed at the whims of ruling party, whereas, in violation of law and the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in the case reported in PLD 2012 SC 681. However, from perusal of contents of instant petition it appears that there are no details relating to change of polling stations nor any document has been annexed to support the same.

Notices were issued, pursuant to which comments have been filed on behalf of respondent No.2, wherein the allegations as contained in instant petition have been denied. It has been stated that change in the polling stations has been done strictly in accordance with law and as per guidelines of Election Commission of Pakistan, without any political pressure or influence.

It appears that the petitioner has not provided any details regarding change of polling stations, which according to learned counsel for petitioner, have been changed in violation of law and judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, therefore, we are not inclined to examine such disputed facts at this stage. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed.
