Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Sangi, Asstt: A.G along with Dr. Ayaz Ahmed Soomro, on behalf of D.G Health, Hyderabad, Ghous Bux Mahar, E.T.O, Ghotki and Shoukat Ali Shaikh, AETO, M.R, Sukkur.

 

 

                        Pursuant to Court notice, Mr. Muhammad Shakeel Lakho, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No.7, and submits that all adverse allegations as contained in the instant petition are false and frivolous. It has been further contended that material facts have been concealed by the petitioner deliberately, whereas, according to learned Counsel, the petitioner and other persons attacked at the house of respondent No.7 and caused injuries to him, whereafter Medical Board was constituted pursuant to which F.I.R bearing Crime No.115 of 2015 has been registered at police station, New Pind, Sukkur against petitioner and others which is under investigation.

 

                        Comments have also been filed on behalf of respondents No.4 & 6, wherein allegations of harassment have been denied, the same are taken on record, copy supplied to learned Counsel for petitioner, who could not deny such fact, however, submits that petitioner is being harassed by the respondents hence prayed that they may be directed to act strictly in accordance with law. He has further submitted that petitioner will file objections on the report submitted by Medical Board before the trial Court and will seek remedy in accordance with law.

 

                        Accordingly, instant petition stands disposed of with directions to the official respondents to act strictly in accordance with law, whereas, petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the proper court of jurisdiction for redressal of his grievance, if any, in accordance with law.
