2-     For orders on CMA.No.6586/2015 (Ex.A)

3-     For Katcha Peshi.

25th. August, 2015.

Mr. Dareshani Ali Hyder ‘Ada’, Advocate for petitioner.

After hearing the learned Counsel for petitioner and from perusal of the contents of petition, it appears to be a motivated petition, whereas no specific allegation regarding violation of SPPRA Rules has been pointed by the petitioner. There is no substance in the instant petition as the petitioner intends to seek adulteration relating to the contractual obligations. Moreover, the allegations in the instant petition pertain to year, 2013, whereas remedies as provided under the SPPRA Rules have not been exhausted by the petitioner. Learned Counsel could not point out any specific violation of SPPRA Rules in respect of subject contract, nor could show any cause of action which would have arisen to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we do not find any merits in the instant petition, which is dismissed in limine along with listed applications.
