Learned Counsel for petitioner pleads no instructions and submits that the petitioner is not in contact with him. Instant petition was filed on 20.9.2013, alleging harassment by the private respondents in respect of some residential plot. Statement has been filed on behalf of Incharge S.H.O Police Station, Mirpur Mathelo, wherein it has been stated that police is not causing any harassment to the petitioner, whereas, there is a civil dispute between the private parties. It has been further stated that police will not interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, however, if any cognizable offence is reported, they will act strictly in accordance with law. Since the petitioner is not coming forward to proceed with the matter or even issue instructions to his Counsel, it appears either the grievance of petitioner has been redressed or petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter. Accordingly in respect of civil dispute between the private parties, we are not inclined to interfere and disposing of instant petition with direction to the parties to seek their remedy, by approaching the proper forum/ competent civil jurisdiction for settlement of their civil dispute, if any, in accordance with law.

Petition stands disposed of.
