Pursuant to Court notice, Mr. Shabbir Ali Bozdar, Advocate has shown appearance and filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.7 and submits that no harassment whatsoever is being caused by respondents as alleged in the instant petition, whereas, there are two F.I.Rs bearing Crime No. 04 of 2012 and 16 of 2012 registered at police station, New Faujdari, District Shikarpur against the accused persons including the present petitioner Muhammad Ramzan who is absconder in the aforesaid crimes. Statement has been filed by respondent No.4, which is taken on record, wherein it has been stated that no harassment whatsoever as alleged in the instant petition is being caused by the police who is acting strictly in accordance with law.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not the same accused who has been nominated in aforesaid two F.I.Rs bearing Crime No. 04 of 2012 and 16 of 2012, registered at police station, New Foujdari District Shikarpur. Learned Counsel for respondent No.7 submits that the petitioner is the same person who is the accused in aforesaid F.I.Rs, however, in view of the statement filed respondent No.4, learned Counsel for petitioner is satisfied and submits that he will seek appropriate remedy by approaching the competent forum/ court, having jurisdiction, strictly in accordance with law.

Petition stands disposed of.
